Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is estimated based on weight and location. We only ship priority mail within the U.S.- and Global Priority outside the U.S. Priority mail within the U.S. takes 2-3 business days.
If you need overnight shipping, you must phone us at 909.599.0715 with ample time to fill your request. We will prioritize your order to ensure that you receive it by the date you need it. Overnight/Express shipping fees will apply.
*International Customers- Your country may require that you pay customs duties. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for these charges. International shipping takes 6-10 business days via USPS priority mail and averages from $20-$36 depending on your location and size of your order. We provide tracking when your order ships, but we cannot be responsible for transit time. Visit USPS.com for more information.
Privacy & Security
Any personal information that you may submit to heartbreakerfashion.com is governed by the heartbreakerfashion.com Privacy Policy. Your information is secure and not sold to or shared with any other parties.
Returns & Exchanges
Items must be returned in their original state- Free of odors, unwashed, unworn with original tags attached. Customers that return items in a condition unacceptable for resale will be offered a store credit or simply have the item shipped back. Any return requesting a refund over $300 will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Domestic Returns and Exchanges:
You have 3 weeks from the shipping date to make your return or exchange. Any returns that come back to us beyond the 3 week period will be issued a store credit.
International Returns:
You have 2 weeks from the date you receive your order. Due to high international shipping costs, we DO NOT process exchanges for orders that go abroad. We will accept basic returns for refund- but understand you are returning your item abroad at your own risk. We highly reccomend getting a tracking number when you ship back to us as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. If you need a different size, we ask that you start the ordering process over again. This makes our system much easier to handle.

Ordering
Heartbreaker does NOT keep a regular inventory. If something is not in stock when you place your order, we have to make it. We ask our customers to allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO COMPLETE AND SHIP. We make everything with love (and no regrets!) right here in California to ensure excellent quality and customer service. 
Our regular hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.  Orders placed over the weekend will be acknowledged and processed the following Monday.
Heartbreaker is a web based business. It's easy to place your order online from anywhere in the world and at any time you like!
We will also take orders over the phone. Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm PST.

Out of Stock & Inventoried Items

Our Inventory changes on a daily basis. Because we manufacture our own products, we are able to take your orders and process them. Just because we make it available to order does not mean that we have it in stock. If something isn't in stock, we have to make it to order. This is why we ask our customers to allow 7-10 business days for their order to complete and ship. In the event you notice the drop down menu for 'size' is empty, this means that the particular material is sold out and we do not have any stock on that particular item. In most cases, we do stock the material again.

Payment & Promotions
We accept payments all around the world! We gladly accept Paypal, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Promotional coupons are often time sensitive. Once a coupon has expired, we will no longer accept that coupon. To receive special coupons and notifications about new products, you can sign up for our e-mailing list or link up on our social networking sites (Facebook, Myspace, and Pinuplifestyle.com)
We will only accept one coupon per order.
