- Yes, We ship world wide via UPSP or UPS. Shipping is estimated based on weight and location.
- If you need overnight shipping, you must phone us at 909.599.0715 with ample time to fill your request. We will do our best to fulfill your request. Overnight/Express shipping fees will apply.
- *International Customers- Your country may require that you pay customs duties. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for these charges. International shipping takes 6-10 business days via USPS priority mail and averages from $16-$42 depending on your location and size of your order. We provide tracking when your order ships, but we cannot be responsible for transit time.
- Privacy & Security
- When you place your order on HeartbreakerFashion.com , we collect your Name, Billing and Shipping Address, Payment information (Paypal or Credit Card), E-mail address, and Phone number. Heartbreaker will never sell or share your information with other companies. By placing an order or registering an account, you will automatically be signed up for our e-mail newsletters, which you may opt out of at anytime by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-mail. Your information will only be used in the processing of your order. We are unable to view your credit card number or charge more than the amount of your order. We use a third-party web beacon (Google Analytics) to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website.
- Returns & Exchanges
*Effective after September 12, 2013*
Items must be returned in their original state- Free of odors and stains, unwashed, unworn with original tags attached. Customers that return items in a condition unacceptable for resale will be issued a store credit only. Any return requesting a refund over $300 will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We do not refund for shipping unless we have made a mistake to your order (i.e. wrong size, color, mislabel, etc...)
Domestic Returns and Exchanges:
You have 14 calendar days from the shipping date to make your return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that arrive between 15-30 calendar days from the shipping date will be issued a store credit. All sales are final after 30 calendar days. We do not refund shipping costs.
You have 14 calender days from the date you receive your order to notify us by e-mail (email@example.com) that you intend to make a return. You will then be issued a Return Authorization #, which we require you to write on the outside of your return package.
Due to high international shipping costs and timing, we DO NOT process exchanges for orders that go abroad. We will accept basic returns for refund. We highly recommend getting a tracking number when you ship back to us as we cannot be responsible for lost packages. We do not refund shipping costs.
Sale Rack Returns: Items from the Sale Rack (heartbreakersalerack.bigcartel.com) are returnable for store credit to HeartbreakerFashion.com only. No exchanges allowed.
Price Adjustments: If you placed an order within 1 business day before we launched a promotion or sale, we will refund you the difference of the promotional price from your original total at your request. You must send this request within the duration of the promotion and not after it had expired.
- Heartbreaker does NOT keep a regular inventory. If something is not in stock when you place your order, we have to make it. We ask our customers to allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDERS TO COMPLETE AND SHIP. - Our regular hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. Orders placed over the weekend will be acknowledged and processed the following Monday.
- Heartbreaker is a web based business. It's easy to place your order online from anywhere in the world and at any time you like!
- We will also take orders over the phone. Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm PST.

Out of Stock & Inventoried Items
Our Inventory changes on a daily basis. Because we manufacture our own products, we are able to take your orders and process them. Just because we make it available to order does not mean that we have it in stock. If something is not in stock, we have to make it to order. This is why we ask our customers to allow 7-10 business days for their order to complete and ship. In the event you notice the drop down menu for 'size' is empty, this means that the particular material is sold out and we do not have any stock on that particular item.

- Promotional coupons are often time sensitive. Once a coupon has expired, we will no longer accept that coupon. Coupons may not be combined with other coupons unless stated otherwise. Coupons may be combined with store credits and already marked down merchandise.
